29.03.2012.Signed a Platform for Joint Action by the Securities Exchanges of South East Europe
Representatives of eight South East European Securities Exchanges signed in Sarajevo a Platform for Joint Action supported by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC).
The main goals of the Platform include improving of cooperation among the securities exchanges, facilitate access to finance, improving of transparency of companies, growth of private sector as well as encouraging the access of domestic and foreign investors in the region.
The Platform should enable exchange of experience and better cooperation in the functioning of the South East Europe markets, having in mind that all exchanges are faced with similar challenges, particularly in sense of faster recovery from the global recession influence.
